We assist customers in shifting and construction of new power plant and provide services starting from engineering & design, transportation, supply of equipments, inspection, project execution (including erection, piping), chimney (including material), getting statutory approvals, etc.

The major projects executed by us are as under.

Experience of erection, dismantling and re-erection of DG Sets / Project Implementation for diesel based Power Plants:

• Supervision of re-erection of 1 x 4 MW Fuji DG Set from Harihar polifibres/ Harihar to M/s Vikram Cement in 1992
• Shifting & Re-erection of 1 x 4 MW Fuji DG Set from M/s Birla Cement Works/ Chittorgarh(Rajasthan) to M/s Satna Cement Works/Satna (MP) in 1993
• Erection of 2 x 4 MW Niigata DG Sets at M/s Jindal Polyester/ Bullandshahr (UP) in 1995
• Erection of 1 x 4 MW Niigata DG Set at M/s Jindal Polyester/ Nasik (Maharashtra) in 1996
• Shifting & Re-erection of 1 x 4 MW Fuji DG Set from Satna Cement Works/ Satna (MP) to M/s Birla Corp Raebarelli (UP) in 1998
• Erection of 1 x 4 MW Niigata DG Set at M/s Jindal Polyester/ Nasik (Maharashtra) in 2001
• Shifting & Re-erection of 1 x 6 MW Mirrlees Blackstone 12KV Major MK3 DG Set from M/s Vasavadatta Cement/ Sedam (Karnataka) to M/s Hindustan Heavy Chemical/ Calcutta (West Bengal in 2002/2003
• Modification / structural work for handing over operations of Caterpillar 1x9CM32 Gas based Genset at M/s Garden Silk Mills/ Surat for M/s Caterpillar Commercial Pvt Ltd in 2003
• Alignment, fabrication, erection work for new Wartsila 6 MW DG Set & equipment at M/s Saurashtra Cement Ltd, Ranavav in 2003
• Design Engineering & Supply of Jacket Water Heating System for 2.5 MW Fuji DG Set at M/s Reliance Industries Ltd, Patalganga. (Completed in 2000)
• Design, Engineering & Supply of Fuel Oil Blending System (4000 Ltrs) for Blending HSD and Furnace Oil for M/s Jaiprakash Industries, Rewa. (Completed in 2003)
• Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Erection & Commissioning of 12 Nos. of Mechanical Subsystems for 2.4 MW DG Sets being supplied by M/s Diesel Locomotive Works, Varanasi at M/s Nuclear Power Corporation, Kaiga/Kota
• Erection & commissioning of 1x8 MW Niigata DG Set including Tanks, Ducting Piping, Chimney etc at M/s Jindal Polyester Ltd, Nasik. (Completed in June 2005)
• Supervision of erection & commissioning of 1X6.3 MW Wartsila DG Set Model 18V32 at M/s Ambuja Cement Eastern Ltd, Sankrail in 2007 under contract from M/s Omcons Engineering Pvt Ltd
• Dismantling & re-erection of new equipments, fabrication & erection of piping for energy conservation/reduction of operating costs at Poly Plant for M/s Jindal Polyester Ltd, Nasik in 2007
• Dismantling & loading of 3 x 10 MW MAN B&W Power Plant at M/s FACOR/ Vizianagaram
• Dismantling & loading of 1x4 MW Warsila DG Set Power Plant at M/s SPENTEX/ Indore
• Erection & Commissioning of 4x3600 MW Emergency DG Set at NPCIL/ Kalpakkam for M/s Kirloskar Oil Engines including Seismic testing assistance (in progress)
• Lifting & Shifting of Gas Turbine Generator & Steam Turbine Generator at M/s Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd, Nagothane in 2007
• Fabrication, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Piping Network & associated ducting and structural work for Coal Fired Thermic Fluid Heater project At M/s Jindal Polyfilms/Nasik in 2009
• Re-erection & commissioning of 1x 10 MW powerplant consisting of 12v48/60 Man B& W Dg Set and associated auxiliaries, piping, ducting, structural etc at M/s Green Valliey Industries Ltd /Meghalaya in 2010
• Re-erection & Commissioning of 1x 3.2MW powerplant consisting of 1 x 12V32G Fuji Dg Set and associated auxiliaries, piping, ducting, structural etc at M/s ACC Ltd / Madukkarai in 2010
• Six yearly overhauling, two yearly PM & component overhauling of DG set at NPCIL, Narora Atomic Power Station.
• Major Overhauling of DG set, Alternator and Air Compressor (5 MW) at Continental India Ltd.
• Unloading Storage & verification of 2 No’s DG set (DG-7 & DG-8) consignment at RAPP site from Kirloskar Oil Engine Ltd for NPCIL, Rajasthan.
• Work of overhauling of 1280KW (1600KVA) ‘DAIHATSU’ make DG set at KLTPS Panandhro from Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited.
• Turnkey basis work for Erection & commissioning of 4x4.2 MW DG sets at RAPP Unit 7, Rawatbhata, Rajasthan.
• ETC of HT Motors pertaining to R & M works for BOP of 2x110 MW Barauni, TPS units 6 & 7for BSEB, Bihar from BHEL.
• Contract from Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd for supply & installation of crankshaft & component assembly of 1280 KW (1600 KVA) ‘DAIHATSU’ make DG set at KLTPS Panandhro.
• Work of overhauling of Man B&W 3.8 MW DG set, Tarapur, Maharashtra.
• Work order for “Modification of stack of DG sets for RR site, Unit # 5 & 6 at NPCIL, Rawatbhata Rajasthan site”.
